They have to decide for the future just what they are and where to operate - investment house solely reliant on an Amercian contractor or having some deal capacity inhouse. The GoM has been kind so far but one decent hurricane or the contractor having an off-moment could put paid to this little adventure. Think they need to consider some real geographical spread to ameliorate risk, and also to get real investment and deal abilities firmly bedded in the ETE Board and management.
