Operation of the pilot plant itself is not an issue. Electricity has been generated via steam for a long time.
It's only GDY's method of gathering that steam that is up for speculation. Unfortunately they haven't given us much to be confident with lately.
I personally hope they don't abandon HAB3. Bringing it back to life would send an important message to the market in my opinion. In a speculative stock, the ability to recover from disasters is a nice asset to have.
