a prior thread suggested lining with a inner. Sure you lose capacity, but I agree, a recovery would be good and they are only trying to run 1MW.
Might be difficult to do from an engineering point of view, since you don't have an ability to cement in the casing.
Out of my depth as to whether it is technically feasible or if it ever has been done.
