For what its worth, I found this on another forum.

Time to buy, defense appropiations 10-Feb-10 08:58 am We believe mtsxy will receive a substantial investment from RTN for the R&D development of next gen. phalanx. Testing with Canada. In the US defense budget there is a record allocation for tech upgrade spending. We believe this companies share price will climb to a min. of 10x current levels. Just so you know we bought AUY at 2.91 after extensive research prior to the rise. Just an opinion, hope all do well.
