Sorry, but something is not clear to me. WHC has hedged their coal prices and has made contracts. IMO when you enter into a contract, than obviously it has to be adhered to. How could the management renegotiate their contracts? Sure there would be some penalties applying?? And what about if the other party says:No, you can't change the contract prices... really not being literate in the legal field, I am only guessing. Maybe somebody knows more and could explain. Thanks.
