buy recommendation by westpac research

    It seems that Westpac (via Morningstar Research) has today issued a BUY recommendation for PEM. I'm pretty sure PEM wasn't on their BUY recommended list on Friday.

    Any thoughts on this? I'm guessing it's probably due to the "the SP can't get any lower" theory.
