Strategy response hardly convincing e.g. expand/revitalise product offerings - no analysis of weaknesses c.f. with competitors products. Strategy by template e.g. improve supply chain, on time delivery blah, blah blah

And previous CEO gets $1.7 million payout. I dont know if those responsible for the CEOs appointment in the first place have taken responsiblity for appointing the dud and negotiating an arrangement where he is rewarded for incompetency. The honourable thing would be for them to also resign.
