It is par for the course. Disclosure to shareholders seems to be only utilised where it has potential to pump the shares.

This is just as vague as the references to DERM "additional information". We would like to know what DERM is asking for.

But let's be compassionate. They have many worries at present and probably owe it to the existing shareholders to not frighten the market more than absolutely compulsory.

Do you think the price hike is an incognito takeover bid? If so, the buyer should know the "asset" is mortgaged to the hilt.
