Based on the news yesterday by VCR...i.e. >$1m sales for the month of may (11 LVADS). I expect HTW to sell 10 a month all next year. Giving Revenues of $12m. Lets say 60% drops to the bottom line. Thats 7.2m divided by 186m shares equals about $0.038 per share times a P/E of 35 = $1.35
The keys issues are sales numbers, gross profit percentage, share dilution from a listing on Nasdaq.
a P/e of 35 is quite conservative considering the expected growth in the industry.
Which one offers the better return??? HTW or VCR?
