I've held this stock in the past and IMO the previous director destroyed this company by selling Rincon. Now from what I understand, their expenses exceed their earnings so are resigned to doing cap raises to survive while people will subscribe to them. Still it's possible I've completely misread the situation and for the sake of all the faithful holders of the stock I hope I have.
