"Corporate structure and recent corporate activity SPI is a relatively tightly held stock with the top 20 holding 66.7% of the share register. This is a result of the initial vend of the projects from Churchill, who now hold 16%, and significant holdings from two groups with interests in metals and metals trading, namely Prosperity Steel United (18.7%) and Eralloys Holdings (5.5%). Most of the Pilbara assets are held in two 100% subsidiaries Spitfire Australia South Woodie Woodie Pty Ltd and Bell Piper Pty Ltd. The NT assets are held in a separate 100% company, Spitfire Global Pty Ltd."
and from yesterdays release
Given Spitfires success at Contact and Contact North, Spitfire now believes the South Woodie Woodie geological setting holds significant potential for multiple additional deposits. Consequently it will continue its aggressive exploration approach via a large-scale Gradient Array IP (GAIP) survey program starting this month.
