The market will look at the rate of the increase, whether it justifies the current P/E and whether it beats the analysts' average forecasts. In the previous Q1, the results beat the analysts' forecast BUT the nay sayers went into overdrive with the GLDP1 overhype and scare mongering the reduction of the gross margin. It is ridiculous as the gross margin was a healthy 54%. In plain language shareholders would demand any management to increase sales when the gross margin is so healthy - common sense dictates that every $ increase in sales is gaining market share from the competitors and bring in a margin of 54% - it was plainly a scaremongering by the traders to drive the sp down, yet many victims sold out to these traders!
