    I agree with you. Closest proximity to Cassini resources, plus the mining permit approaching soon and also the inherent value of the phosphate side of the business (plus all the work and money spent so far) makes a compelling case on its own to keep this one locked in the drawer. But the market cap, there is basically no value placed on these assets. A real sleeper I must say!
