Here is a 60 min chart of VMG at the close of yesterday's trade with some simple technical indicators which will throw some light on to the possible price movements of this stock. Why 60 min chart? Statistics have shown that price signals are faster on the 60 min chart by some 6 times than using the EOD (end of day) chart, and so dropping down one level to the 60 min may provide some earlier clues.....



From the chart, you can see a two step action for a possible Entry signal. Step 1 - the parabolic must go below the price. Step 2_ the occurrence of a golden cross between a moving average and a line indicator.

As at the close yesterday, you can see the parabolic has already gone below the price bars at the close showing there is some recovery. We are awaiting a golden cross to occur to complete the 2 step action for an entry. The blue dot turning point is an additional indicator to see whether the stock has already made a turning point..
