how do you know the market is negative towards it?
perhaps it is just being controlled by one party for a specific reason.
thats what it smells like to me, anyway.
try to think about where this "uncertainty" might come from.
that is my theory.
it may or may not be true.
at the moment it looks like cactus - no accumulation to speak of, only manipulation.
don't pin ya hopes on a good announcement at the end of this week. It may, or may not happen.
if todays action is a sign of things to come, well...
