i dont think it will reach 20$...the GFC is not too far gone...most still remember it well and how well banks bounced back and their ability to maintain their div (give or take)...
but i like this decrease....get the vwap lower early in the week..a bit of a bounce early next week to give me confidence to put in for me 15k worth...tho it swings 2% a day i guess 2% is neither here nor there these days :|
