I got into PDN too early, but I've averaged down to 16.9c and I think that leaves me in a position to make some decent gains no matter which plan is implemented, the only way I can see that I'll really lose is if they go bankrupt nad that risk seems to have been mostly mitigated assuming Plan B is not tripped up somehow (still a bit of risk there I think but hopefully not a lot)
