If it goes back to that price(20 cents) then PCL will be a $1.5Billion company.
PCL would need to retain a big percentage of their current 75% holding and the drill bit would need to discover a monster patch of elephant sized oil deposits.
I'm not saying that it cannot happen .... I hope it does ...... but be aware that it is a big challenge.
