Wouldn't be surprised if there's an ann either tomorrow or early next week. I base this view on the Shell Graff-1 ann earlier in the year, which was published in numerous places around Feb 4th. PCL then released an ann on Feb 7th. Upstream, amongst others, has published more this week, including below within the last 24 hours. Appears Namibia is keen to push ahead and quickly.

Graff: Shell urged not to jeopardise momentum on discovery by Namibia's Energy Minister

Minister was responding to comments made by Dennis Zekveld, Shell's country head, about the need to 'take time'

Namibia’s energy minister has urged Shell to maintain the pace of appraisal and development activities on its huge Graff oil and gas discovery after the supermajor’s country manager warned against moving fast.
Shell is thought to have found some 2 billion barrels of oil and up to 6 trillion cubic feet of gas at Graff and has just completed its first appraisal well on the deep-water find.
Dennis Zekveld, Shell’s country head in Namibia, told delegates at the Namibia International Energy Conference in Windhoek, that patience will be needed when it comes to commercialising Graff.
“The reality is this takes time and whoever tells you that this will be done in two-to-three years, is just not telling you the truth. We have to be patient.
”He added that Shell’s desire for patience should be seen in a positive light because “it gives Namibia and the country time to properly prepare for it”.
In what appeared to be an oblique reference to the supermajor’s chastening experiences in Nigeria, Zekveld said: “You don’t want this to be a curse, you want this to be a blessing… not just for a few individuals but for the country.”
Speaking just minutes later at the same event, Namibia’s Energy Minister Tom Alweendo called on Shell not to lose the impetus it has managed to generate.
“By the way, Dennis, you said let’s be patient, let’s not hurry in doing this. I don’t know what speed we’re talking about.
“While I do agree with you that there’s a lot that still needs to be done, we also have to make sure that we address the issue in such a way that we do not lose momentum.”
These words prompted Zekveld — who is also general manager of Shell’s South Africa upstream business — to respond about his “patience” comments half an hour later from the conference stage.
“Sometimes when you say things ...it may be misinterpreted. When I say be patient, that doesn’t mean go slow. I can assure you we don’t want to be slow — we are not slow. But it’s important you are realistic and honest in what you say.”
He had earlier stressed that one of his credos is not to over-promise and under-deliver.
In his initial presentation, the Shell man pointed out that while the original plan was to drill just the Graff-1 well, because it was “very encouraged by the results”, it retained the rig to quickly drill an appraisal well.
“I don’t think in Shell’s 100-year history that’s ever happened,” Zekveld remarked, highlighting that the latest well also had “very encouraging results”.
He explained that in Namibia, Shell will not just produce oil and gas and export, but sees Graff as being developed in an “holistic” way, perhaps in combination with other energy resources.
“This is not just a matter of an oil and gas development. It has to be holistic — there is so much wind and so much sun (in Namibia. There’s an opportunity for renewables and integration."
