buy sell volumes about to trigger

50m buy and 33m sell is the highest differential for some weeks on the buy side and the 13c sell volume has been dropping steadily all day , to me it looks like there will be a move to 13c on the buy side before too long. All the intra day trading volumes I have watched over the last 5 months end up the same when this strong dominant buy volume occurs. Sort of like tipping over a chair, it sits on the balance then gradually gets to the point where gravity takes over. I could be wrong but that's what has happened every time since dec.
The options usually take off for a run also.
