Thanks for the response Skypilot, I thought as much as far as the onus of proof and the deep pockets, however I thought I'd put it out there to let them know(whoever they are) that their behaviour has been observed and noted by others.... I dont think I have ever owned a stock whose price appears to be as controlled/contrived as UNS. In the end though I guess the fundamentals of the company will win out...
