It appears to do this quite frequently, with all the bids being pulled at the closing auction, then the sp trickles back to 3.4 to 3.5 again. I think it will take actual news to really get the sp moving, although I agree that as the trial gets closer speculators will re-enter the stock to punt on the outcome.
