Hi IOD,
I've been doing OEM components for manufacturing, such as plastic molding, die casting, stamping ... It's not a easy job to make sure everything is on track, have to coordinate lot of department such as purchasing, engineer, manufacturing, validation etc, therefore weekly meeting is essential to review all the open issues and timing, very basic project management though. That's why I am not quite understand why this project slipped again and again, very disappointed.
