The number has not shrunk that much, yes it may have went from 12 million shares to 6 million shares a couple times etc
But there are 150 million plus shares at 0.2 cents and they just keep trickling shares into the 0.1 cent price.
Today for example 30 million shares sell but the price never went into the 0.2s , because to many people or a major holders want out. Yes this company has potential but there are billions of shares on this register and sooner or later a consolidation must surely be on the radar.
