Been watching KEY for a few weeks and just out of passing interest read these posts.

What seems right to me is that if there were gas shows, these should have been made public - saying Aminex wanted to be sure first, is not the issue - it is information for the SH and public, not to be kept by the Aminex board. Under those circumstances, BUY were right to publish something - although they should stick to the FACTS.

Always a touchy issue - if its best to hold info because it is inconclusive or risk making an announcement and which could then be found to be wrong. However, if it is in any way material, a coy has an obligation to make the info public (and thoroughly explain the announcement) and then let the public (market) decide what to do with that info...
