If DBCT sells, I believe the right answer is to pay bond holders out. With the sweep in place they will have to pay out BBN020 150 mill, but they will still have approximately 200 million of the bondholders share left over after this is completed. Whether the banks will allow them to settle BBN010 is not likely but it may be possible with corporate debt levels dramatically reduced.
