If I am reading correctly, the remaining 120,400,605 SPARCS on issue can now elect to convert to BBI anytime up until Sept 28, 2009.
If that's correct, that is potentially a massive dilution if the BBI price remains in the doldrums. At 10c, it would mean a further 1.2Bn BBi shares issued.
