    Anybody remember or know anything new about the court case?

    There was talk of a quite claim?

    Are BLR trying to take the 49% cause they can't buy it?

    Is that even an option?

    Or maybe is the quite claim to stop the owners of the 49% getting some of the proceeds of mining the 51%

    Maybe BLR is waiting on a result before they proceed?
