dart has pretty much farmed out all of their shale in the good spots. If you go back to the company announcements regarding the JV, you will see they included all three major areas.
East, west and the massive block further north.
They do have some in the south, but it's not as much.
iGas hasn't farmed out any of their acreage yet AFAIK.
They're going to drill first.
