For me its typical of an early stage of a consolidation phase in TA terms until the next catalyst for a bigger move in whatever direction. The volume is low to be too meaningful, with not much happening in trading terms. IMO the stock will range trade until the next news catalyst or until just before the next major rumour of news coming lol.
