    I would suspect equity in kedrion as the final payout + 100m upfront
    Kedrion will list on NASDAQ within 1 year
    Private equity bought 40% of Kedrion
    LFE stack at listing will be worth more than current mkt cap + a $80m on mkt buyback stock will trade back to $1.90 per share very quickly
    Remember Kedrion makes huge profits AUD
    over half of Revenue from IVIG
