    Can't remenber when last we saw this

    At first I thought the capper at 22 last month was taking profits at 24 due to last few days actions, but...

    Either they are not in a hurry or we are in a waiting pattern. would love for an accumulator to wack the 4 mill in sell side and see if it sets it off
