Yes, bids are very scarce. By the looks of things it may get worse before it gets better (classic understatement). However, that's not to say that buyers wont come in once there's some news.
Things are unusually quiet from the management side of things. They seem to be in meetings that requires a lot of their time (or heavy negotiations).
