Simple.
If a change of board, startegy or both is communicated effectively to shareholders and analysts, conservative organic growth targets promulgated, and then beaten, and some of the joint venture growth (Shanghai etc) opportunities pursued, you will see a very significant capital gain from the present base of 6c.
I am not saying it will happen. But if it did seem to be developing as my crude summary above suggested, then interest will reappear.
However, I guess it is takes a lot less effort to write something off sans reasoned analysis.
