I agree it should have been announced...and was by TXT I think?? Anyway I reckon the sale has been cleared as of the announcement .... which said deals are cleared automatically in a month if noone objects.
Could explain the kick-up in volume over the last week. OBV is looking strong. Still .. we have seen numerous runs fizzle. It needs a definitive breakout and close above 60 cents to go on with it.
