mmmmmm. Shares issued to two prominent shareholders who already have significant holdings at a not too heavily discounted price. Can only mean one thing and that is something is about to happen with this company.Easier to make a phone call to get some cash than to go thru the cost of a cr, especially if the return on investment could be relatively quickly. The plot thickens.
