The disappointing thing from my perspective is the companies inability to capitalise on reported industry shortcomings - the horror IVF stories of getting someone else's baby, the recent sample storage debacle in Queensland forensic labs etc - every time there's a story like this BCT should be getting out there in the media and saying this wouldn't of happened if they had our tech in place.
I don't know - just seems like sloppy marketing and makes me wonder whether they have the right governance in place.
