    NEW YORK (AP) -- Australian bio-nanotech company Psivida Ltd. said Wednesday it signed an exclusive research and license agreement for its drug delivery technology with Pfizer Inc.

    Shares of Psivida rose $1.16, or 56.9 percent, to $3.20 in premarket trading
