Must have been a day trader who made his $10,000 for the day by buying 500k shares at 29.5 cents and selling at 31.5 cents.
He probably does not have the $150k to pay by holding overnight.
You may think he is silly, but he/she is laughing all the way to the bank.
And he/she will do this tomorrow too, for several days as the SP edges towards all time high. The only danger is an overnight Nasdaq bomb and the SP opens at 5 cents higher.
