but vendor doesnt'seem to be far off the mark of what he says lately

i am just wondering do the chartist take any notice of the quality of announcements or do they entirely rely what the market makes of these announcements

how much does the chartist let the market sentiment influence his calls before he starts to look at why they have made this call and what credence do you place in it

this is particurlarly pertinent to prr because while i am more than happy with prr there does seem spikes at various times which seem to come out of nowhere for no apparent reason as well as spikes that are for very apparent reasons
how do evaluate one against the other
