It's starting to smell like an accumulation phase. Most of today's trading is being done by bots it looks like.
The rest of the market is wondering if the US will default. Half of them can't imagine them being that reckless. The other half can. Hence the low volumes and choppy trading.
In the meantime PRR holds course. Interesting. Obviously we are expecting much better news soon :)
