Is there any obligation to wait until official completion date passes?...as most will be aware it has been pushed out from June 2020 to Feb 2021.

Still when you think about it the study began March 2017 so I read it as some of the cohort are still upright and relevant which would make three years a significant achievement considering the nature of the illness.
Is there any obligation to wait until official completion date...
