I am sure that if news is expected sometime , and with company announcement also just one week ago - this would be why market has been quiet this week , waiting news , except for possibly deliberate manipulation opportunity down for traders to close out . Give one last opportunity at lows .
I understood that company directors only have limited opportunities to buy , during very quiet , no news periods - when no news is expected ? This what I’ve always thought with all listed companies . Often an especially quiet lull , dip down , right before final success.
I think we are expecting pretty important news - ala Mining Licence!

I’m glad the shareprice is holding up . Very much thought it should , sp obscenely low , but good buying for anyone if they were able .
Obviously this is my view .
There are many comparisons to here - to situations, whenever an event or happening long overdue , long - awaited , with significant misadventures and even years of setback .
People stop believing . Criticisers pronounce all as condemned . Shareholders have gotten depressed along the way .
When I look at it - every form of logic says this will finally be a mining company in the Solomon Islands. This is what the company has announced , to the market late last week , and end of May . Coming now to final fruition .
Everything read from the SI - officially , is supportive even has priority on accelerating development of the Isabel Nickel project .

Sheer logic - again- can presume that perhaps the Minister for Mines and Rural ? Electrification, be also returned if not involved with meetings with other countries -still in Naru ( the USA , Canada, Japan , Australia especially- already Julie Bishops replacement as minister for foreign affairs and Trade - has this week been representing Australia at the 49 country presence of Pacific Nations - in Naru . The SI PM has been in Naru for over a week . No one can know where the Minister is - but most likely also been in highly important talks for the SI . Especially with Norway - who seek to help - with sustainable power advice and assistance ? Fisheries development , seafood and ocean environ protection , ‘climate change ‘ talks etc )
Korean talks are also important for the Minister .
Australia has signed important agreements with the SI Prime minister as signatory with Julie Bishops replacement, Australia’s Foreign affairs and Trade minister - for Australia to take significant number of Solomon Islanders in for direct employment and ongoing employment work experience and training .
This already occurs at all levels - inc for example , for government legal employees- to learn more stream- lined and efficient processes . Been based in the NT , and with indigenous affairs teams .
In near future - we could have more Solomon Islanders in our universities - of significant numbers , whereas we’ve been used to many Asian , Chinese students undertaking tertiary opportunities here in Australia.
Huge potentials for benefits to be shared between the Solomons and Australia .
Reading in here has been highly off - putting .
And I think this is tragic , uninformed .
The Solomon Islanders don’t want to feel like their country is somehow impossible or that there is no urgency - they need, and want to feel good , useful and that the pride they are wanting for their nation be seen by other nations .
They want there to be opportunities available for them , and evermore raised Hope !
Employment and skills most importantly .
Everything else will steadily grow .
It is there country . And a very young population.

The future is far from utterly depressing ., and ‘blighted ‘ as portrayed by downers in recent days., in the threads .
I feel certain there must soon be accelerated growth of the SI itself also .
Axiom is uniquely positioned . Been there 10 years , and shown incredible forbearance .
As has the CEO . I have never met nor spoken with him . But I’m glad for what he has done in persevering through , now years and years - and part corruption in Govt departments, and for his fostering a devout belief in the country , and forging intrinsic relationships with the local people on Isabel .
