Yeah its pretty rare and takes time to develope, and they are usually very difinitive of a long term bottom as a lot of hammering goes into them.
Just looking at the coal index there seems to be a seasonal low around august each year, with recovery begining in Sep. each of these lows also have MACD divergence including this current one
