Given the Lottoland decision, I would have thought a 10% rise in the TAH SP was in order but it normally takes a number of hours for Australian market participants to catch up.
While the ASX is open, most of the world is asleep. I do not know what hours Australian brokers are awake but it does not seem to be the case that they take account of news low from 10 am AEST to 16:00 AEST.
