wasa ............. its quite likely that the Africans don't know either ................... don't forget that BG struck oil in the Sunbird well and it was the Africans let the secret out but only after BG had announced the completion of the well .................. I guess it depends on the agreement between all the partners as to what information is required to be given to all parties
