Of course it will happen next year....then CR at best value/share...the red carpet has already been rolled out for SH with verbal expansion of supply....and no doubt he is in regular personal contact them re progress etc....it will all steam roll fwd after PFS. Some on here appear to think the 'non binding' MOU parties are wont commit....think about it 'Cibils'....these are big Co's with big credibility and dont have sign these MOU's ....they actually really want the product once proven to be the right stuff for them....and guess what???...VRC has proven it has 99.99% purity and size for all uses... that makes binding agreement 99.99% on schedule Q1 for mine...the team at VRC has learned a lot from our pioneering brothers
