Reasons: 1. Price between two, year long S/R levels of $2.44 & $2.49 2. Price at bottom boundary of 5/6 month downtrend channel 3. Daily, Weekly, Monthly RSI7 at 11, 19 & 36 4. SStochs (9,3) Daily @ 6, Weekly @ 6 5. With the exception of yesterday, volume declining. Sellers exhausted? Was yesterday capitulation volume? 6. 15 days in a row where price has closed equal to or lower than it opened (this may however signal that pro's know something the average punter doesn't). Otherwise bearish sentiment is at an extreme.
Personally I'm very keen to see what happens to LGL if world markets take a turn down (therefore AUD Gold price rising in line with a rising USD). Any signal as such, like a key reversal and I'll likely take a small position - might balance out a few of my shorts :-)
