Common sense will prevail. Think longer term - China and India will need coal for 30 years. No new evidence will be put on at the Appeal. It justs seems that BTU has fallen into the clutches of a horror market that is unrelenting toward stocks with short term (though resolvable) issues. It's time for some counter cyclical thinking
