was there some short covering this week? The insto shorting has a direct link to the appeals (uncertainty), and no matter what the prospects of success, it's some months out. However, the risk/reward profile of the stock is something I can't ignore. It has cash, it has a great resource. I'm reading up over the weekend on past posts to look at the Court proceedings and researching what other companies have had similar problems with the green cause in NZ and results thereof. I'd be happy to recive any advice from btu posters as to where I should be looking.
